Kid's Church

Kids Church

is all about helping kids take the next step in becoming mature Christ followers. We do this by creating a dynamic environment that incorporates skilled Bible teaching, fun video elements, lots of face to face interaction, and hands on activities.

We begin each Kid's Church session in large group in which kids from kindergarten all the way up to 5th grade are all together. This is where our gifted teachers introduce the main Bible point and verse. In large group kids also get to watch a fun video skit and an animated Bible story which keep the pace moving so we can hold kids’ attention as they learn. It’s all designed to reinforce the foundational Bible truth being taught in the day’s main point and it sets the stage for the further learning that takes place in the small group time.

After the large group time kids head for small groups where they circle up and interact face to face with kids their own age and gifted leaders who are committed to knowing, loving and teaching them. Kids talk about the lesson together and do all kinds of activities that reinforce what they learn in large group. The small group environment is a safe place for kids to build community as they learn. Because these groups are age-graded we’re able to teach Bible in ways that capitalize on the unique stages of development that each age presents.
